Most common doubts

Is a general contractor more expensive than a self-managed system?
Apparently yes, because you see the total amount in the offer. However, the self-managed system hides many costs — material losses, corrections, your time, downtime. Thanks to economies of scale and lack of errors, the final cost of general contracting is often comparable, and the quality much higher.
Can I hire my own team to finish the bathroom?
In the general contracting model, we take responsibility for everything, and introducing external teams dilutes the warranty. We prefer comprehensive execution but are open to discussions in case of specific artistic works.
What does the warranty look like with general contracting?
You receive one coherent warranty for the entire building granted by Bory Home. You don't have to look for the window manufacturer or plumber — we are your only contact point for service matters.
Do you help with water and electricity connections?
Yes. As part of the preparatory work, we assist in organizing temporary utilities and coordinate the execution of permanent connections according to technical conditions.
