How long does the construction of Bory Premium take?
Assembly of Bory Premium prefabricated elements on the plot takes 2–14 days, and production to developer state 3–4 months. The longest part of the schedule is the formalities before start — from 3 to 6 months, depending on the plot status — and the production queue is currently about 6 months. What is included in the price of Bory Premium?
The scope depends on the standard. Raw closed — foundation slab and C24 frame, roof and facade, triple-glazed windows; Developer — everything from the raw state, PUR insulation 15–20 cm, heat pump and dry screed; Turnkey — floors, painting, bathrooms, custom kitchen, lighting and fittings. In each you get a foundation slab, structure made of certified C24 wood cut to size in the hall, cost estimate and schedule before the first payment and one supervisor managing the investment. Can Bory Premium be built with a notification?
The building area of Bory Premium is 68.40 m², which fits within the 70 m² threshold that determines the simplest path — building with a notification. The threshold applies to detached single-family houses with no more than two floors, whose impact area fits within the plot boundaries. The procedure is also determined by local zoning plan provisions or building conditions and the situation of the plot itself, so we do not declare it blindly: we check the local zoning plan, building conditions, and land status free of charge before the contract and indicate the fastest legal route. Does Bory Premium allow changing the wall layout?
Yes. Bory Premium belongs to the Standard collection, in which you can change the layout of partition walls and windows. We make changes at the project adaptation stage, before production starts, and we price them individually — you know the amount before signing the contract. The shape, outline, and structure remain consistent with the project. The scope of possible changes is described on the page house customization.
How much does heating Bory Premium cost?
Bory Premium is a year-round house in WT 2021 standard: tight PUR foam insulation, triple-glazed joinery, as well as a heat pump and underfloor heating in developer standard. The wall heat transfer coefficient is 0.19 W/m²K. The bill depends on the area, tariff, and usage method, so instead of one amount we provide heating cost calculator; optional photovoltaics reduce the electricity bill by about half.
How does Bory Premium differ from other models in the collection?
By size and price.
