Shell condition closed

This stage defines the construction quality of the investment. The use of certified C24 wood and Fermacell boards indicates a high standard of the frame, exceeding standard market solutions.

Foundation

Reinforced concrete foundation slab — complete: material and labor.

Structure (frame)

C24 wood: External wall frames, partition walls, roof structure: rafters and beams.
OSB-3 board 12 mm: External walls on both sides, partition walls, ceiling.
OSB-3 board 22 mm: Floor and ceiling.
Fermacell board 1.25 cm: External walls — rigidity and acoustics.
Installation: Metal connectors, anchors, mounting chemicals.

Roof

Layers: Roof membrane, counter battens, battens.
Covering: Standing seam metal sheet or ceramic tile — to decide.
Drainage: Complete gutter system: PVC or steel.

Facade and joinery

Sheet metal work: Powder-coated window frames.
Round window: Porthole including installation.
