Tightness and thermal bridges
Elimination of bridges at foundations
Perimeter foaming of the floor to the full height of the beams (20 cm), at a minimum width of 30 cm from the wall.
Window joinery
Suggested installation on “warm window sills” made of XPS, hole enlarged downwards.
Air tightness
Continuity of vapor barrier from the inside, windproofing from the outside.

Yes, provided in the project — ring or spike type depending on the ground.

Water and sewage installation
Water scope
Multilayer pipes in floors and walls. CWU circulation loop for hot water comfort.
Sewage scope
PVC/PP connections to fixtures, venting of risers above the roof.
On the investor’s side
White installation (ceramics, taps) — not included in turnkey standard. External connections: internal installation ends at the water meter console or building outlet.

Heating
Receiving installation
Water underfloor heating throughout the building, manifold system.
Control
Manifold prepared for actuators and automation. Thermostats usually optional.
Additional radiators
Towel rails, electric or water, in bathroom and utility room.
Heat source
Air-to-water heat pump (split), power selected according to model, with built-in CWU tank.
External doors: U ≤ 1.3 W/m²K. For windows required U ≤ 0.9 W/m²K. Document signed by both parties before production starts.
