Technology that builds a better future
Our houses are built using a wooden frame system in controlled hall conditions. Precision you cannot achieve on a construction site.
Three things we do not economize on
Full prefabrication
Production of walls and roof in a certified hall. We eliminate errors and the impact of weather on the wood structure.
House structure
Chamber-dried wood, planed on four sides. Dimensionally stable material resistant to pests.
PUR insulation
Polyurethane foam fills every gap, eliminating thermal bridges. The house works like a thermos.
Why wooden frame?
This is not a “summer cottage”. This is engineering of the future, proven in Scandinavia.
Lightness and strength
The structure has an ideal weight-to-load ratio. It does not settle like masonry.
Healthy microclimate
Wood regulates humidity. Combined with heat recovery, you breathe clean air.
Prefabrication vs tradition
Why switch from “wet works” to technology?
Ready house in one season. Assembly in a few days.
This is the construction time itself. Before it: formalities 3–6 months and a place in the production queue, currently about 6 months.
Risk of winter stoppages and team shortages.
Quality supervision, dry conditions, precise machines.
Dependent on the mason’s skills and weather.
WT 2021 Standard and airtightness without thermal bridges. You can calculate it in the calculator.
Often requires costly insulation upgrades.
